Kart Assembly

The Kart Assembly Fee is for newly purchased karts that need to be assembled and is available in 2 options, Basic Assembly and Complete Assembly

Basic assembly service includes proper seat mounting, installing spindles, steering shaft, tie rods, and mounting the rear axle.
Complete kart assembly also includes installing bodywork, installing the graphics kit, front end alignment, sprocket alignment, engine installation, mounting tires, and installing all necessary safety cables/safety clips. NOTE! ADDITIONAL PARTS NEED TO BE PURCHASED FOR COMPLETE KART ASSEMBLY.
